Come and enjoy all the fun and excitment of the Horse of the Year Show, the“Show of Champions”, the greatest event of its kind!

This unique equestrian extravaganza forms the climax of the national show jumping and showing seasons, and offers you the chance to see some of the best show jumpers in the world competing for coveted titles as well as other exciting equestrian displays and entertainments! At the show you will have plenty of time to browse through the many trade stands before taking your reserved seat for Puissance Night in the main Arena.

Day 1 - Following a morning departure from your local area, we will travel directly to your hotel in the West Midlands area. After time to check in and freshen up, we will depart for Birmingham’s NEC aiming to arrive at about 4.30pm when access to the trade stands opens. The evening’s entertainment in the International Arena commences at about 6.30pm and will end at about 11pm. After a fabulous show, we will return to our hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 2 - After a full English breakfast, we will travel by coach into central Birmingham where you can enjoy some free time shopping in the recently re-developed Bullring retail centre until mid to late afternoon when we will depart for home.

The evening’s entertainment

The final programme for the Saturday evening’s entertainment had yet to be finalised at the time of printing. Past performances have included the Pony Club Mounted Games competing for the Prince Philip Cup, the fast and furious scurry racing, with The Puissance being the crowd’s favourite show jumping class, and is considered to be the most famous show jumping competition in the world with its huge red wall that exceeds 7 feet in height!
